A good, central, totally adequate hotel.

The hotel's location near the central station makes it a perfect choice for a business trip or city break. Being in the city center allows easy access to sightseeing spots and plenty of dining options. the spacy and quiet rooms, with comfortable beds and a lovely view, provide a peaceful environment to rest. the helpful and friendly staff ensures guests feel welcomed and assisted throughout their stay.

Some guests have experienced issues with the check-in procedure or unreliable internet connection, which could have been improved.

This hotel offers spacious rooms that are equipped with all the needed facilities. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is ideal, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and the central station. The room with a refrigerator allowed us to store food and enjoy local Street Foods.

No issues or improvements needed.

The hotel has good proximity to the city centre especially old town, and check out was not too early - at 11:00

Parking was ok right outside the hotel but we got a parking ticket because we didn't have a green (emissions ?) sticker in the screen. Maybe this could have been written up on the webpage or the reception staff could have mentioned it

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices were reasonable and we were able to book at the last minute and still get a great deal. The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city's main shopping area. We were able to explore all the sights and attractions of the city without any hassle. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in had all the basic amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a good shower. The view from our room was fantastic, allowing us to see all the beautiful sights of the city. The breakfast provided at the hotel was also excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel staff are friendly. It's 7min walking distance from Hannover Hbf (main railway station). The indication on location by email is clear. The location is convenient, there are shopping area and restaurants nearby.

The location was terrific. Just a few steps away from the shopping area. The train station was just round the corner making travel very easy.

Great location close to the main train station and easy access to shops and eateries. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel also offers a well-presented and clean bathroom.

The room temperature was a little hot and could not be controlled. The bathroom table had no storage space for toiletries due to the sink taking up all the space.

Modern, clean room with large bathroom. The fixtures and fittings looked quite new. Friendly helpful check-in staff. Although there was a modest €5 charge for WiFi this bought 24 hours of use and easily lasted me the 5 days of my stay. Good speed and signal strength. The hotel is in the city centre and withing easy walking distance of the station and all major tourist attractions.

The €9.50 breakfast was expensive. Much better value can be found at nearby shops and restaurants. Poor selection of German only channels on TV.

Good price-quality and location

Poor shower, very little, luke-warm water.
